The Thief of Paris: Intense comedy-drama with personal problems turning Belmondo to thievery for reprisal against the world. Eventually he finds that robbery has become his entire life. Cast includes Jean-Paul Belmondo, Genevieve Bujold, Marie Dubois, Francoise Fabian, and Julien Guiomar. (119 minutes, 1967)

My Son the Hero: Epic film in regards to sinister Emperor Cadmus of Thebes, who challenges the lords and faces the fury of the Titans. Cast includes Pedro Armendariz, Jacqueline Sassard, Antonella Lualdi, and Giuliano Gemma. (122 minutes, 1962)

The Seniors: 4 collegians open a fake sex hospital, which mushrooms into a multi million dollar business. The movie is alternately stupid and sarcastic, with some harmless nudity thrown in. Cast includes Jeffrey Byron, Gary Imhof, Dennis Quaid, Lou Richards, PrisciIla Barnes, Alan Reed, Edward Andrews, Robert Emhardl, and Alan Hewitt. (87 minutes, 1978)

Say One for Me: Bing plays a Broadway pastor who gets mixed up with a chorus gal (Debbie) and a Television charitable cause show. Horribly contrived; no memorable music. Cast includes Debbie Reynolds, Bing Crosby, Robert Wagner, Ray Walston, Les Tremayne, Connie Gilchrist, StelIa Stevens, Frank McHugh, Joe Besser, and Sebastian Cabot. (119 minutes, 1959)

The Educators: A verbose and overlong, sarcastic investigation of partisan idealism and hypocrisy in current Germany. A set of boisterous youthful liberals (Briihl, Erceg) see themelves as 21st-century Robin Hoods, which gives them a reprieve to crack into the houses of the internet-heeled Problems surface while Erceg's lady friend (Jentsch) partakes in one of their adventures. (137 minutes, 2004)

Belle Starr: Advanced Tierney miscast as infamous lady outlaw in gradually paced account of her lawbreaker occupation. Cast includes Randolph Scott, Gene Tierney, Dana Andrews, John Sheppard (Shepperd Strudwick), and Elizabeth Patterson. (87 minutes, 1941)

The Search for One-Eyed Jimmy: Oddball tale of a documentary fiImmaker, just out of college, who returns to his old Brooklyn community and finds cinematic encouragement as his camcorder follows the track of a missing local low life. Cast includes Samuel L. Jackson, Steve Buscemi, Michael Badalucco, Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini, Anne Meara, Jennifer Beals, Nicholas Turturro, Aida Turturro, Holt McCaIIany, Sam Rockwell, and Tony Sirico. (82 minutes, 1996)

Night Nurse: Phenomenal, hard story of nurse (Stanwyck) who couldn't disregard bizarre goings on in home where she works. Blondell adds zingy aid and it is one of Gable's most impressive early appearances. Cast includes Barbara Stanwyck, Ben Lyon, Joan Blondell, Clark Gable, Charlotte Merriam, and Charles Winninger.

Slaughter's Big Ripoff: A murderer is still playing games with the Mob in this dull actioner. McMahon gives more effort to his role as the mob boss than it merits. Cast inccludes Jim Brown, Ed McMahon, Brock Peters, Don Stroud, Gloria Hendry, Dick Anthony Williams, and Art Metrano. (93 minutes, 1973)
