The most common problem with the system is software. A software problem can occur at any time and usually take you by surprise. A software problem can occur by many different means. One of the main reasons it happen is due to improper start-ups and restarts. To fix corrupt system files you are going to need to do a system restore on the system. You should check your system manual for instructions on how to go about doing this. It will require you to erase a lot of the information on your system but you should keep your trophies associated with your account (if you had one).

The next thing that can happen is a physical problem. This can be a s simple as a disconnected cable or a disc stuck in the drive. Check your cables and make sure everything is plugged in. Also make sure to not pull on the disc until it has fully ejected from the tray. When it has ejected do not left up but pull it vertically. Lifting up can cause the disc to break in the system.

Hardware issues are the one you really need to worry about. If something happens with your hardware than you will need to have it repaired. This could happen if you leave your system on too long or just a faulty system.
